Diversity and inclusion at THG
We know that a diverse and inclusive working environment fosters positive challenge, innovation and fresh perspectives, and we are committed to building a strong and diverse international pipeline of talent without bias.
THG’s D&I Committee was established during 2020 to drive positive change across the business globally. The peer-nominated representatives are responsible for identifying key areas for improvement, holding monthly forums and working with the Senior Leadership Team to drive positive cultural change.
The committee also works with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure that people are fairly, inclusively and respectfully represented, and hold weekly open virtual discussions for all THG staff to voice their views.
