Our Early Careers programmes are focused on building the skills of the future and driving progression at an exceptional rate.  

Comprising of apprenticeships, internships, graduate schemes and our unique THG Elevate programme, we offer life-changing career opportunities for talented young people to reach their world-class potential.  

Our apprenticeship programmes enable school and college leavers to kickstart their careers in all areas of the business from Tech, Digital and Marketing roles to Catering and Hospitality. Apprenticeships are also available to those looking to upskill within their current role at THG or embark on a new career direction altogether.  

While they progress towards their qualifications, supported by our expert training providers, our apprentices are rewarded a full-time salary, and 93% go on to permanent employment at THG. We are immensely proud to uphold a 100% pass rate for our apprentices who complete their course, with many achieving Distinction grades, putting them in an outstanding position to launch their professional careers.  

We also offer 12-month paid internships to second year university students, with a competitive full-time salary and boundless learning opportunities, working with some of the world’s most exciting brands and game-changing technology platforms. Our interns are placed in high performing teams across the business, gaining valuable hands-on work experience and developing best-in-class professional skills to help them excel in their future career paths.  

Our current THG Graduate Scheme is a 12-month development programme creating a community of graduates from all over the business. Throughout the year, graduates complete training sessions to help develop both their soft skills, and the necessary career-specific skills to thrive at THG. With numbers almost doubling in the past three years, this scheme has grown exponentially with just under 400 graduates joining the business in 2021 alone.  

THG Elevate is a six-week, fast-track talent programme which is breaking down barriers by supercharging the careers of ambitious, high-performing young people taking their first steps into the world of ecommerce. Through intensive, off-the-job training, participants are taught all about the key aspects of ecommerce, from paid media and SEO techniques to site design and launch. A mix of industry expert coaching, practical tasks and team projects help to take technical abilities and professional skills to the next level, preparing Elevators to move seamlessly into their full-time roles at THG.
