We are incredibly proud that THG has been recognised as one of The UK’s 25 Best Big Companies to Work For 2021. THG was also presented with the Special Award for Best Improver out of all of the companies that took part.  

In March 2021, we invited every THG employee to take part in a Group-wide engagement survey which was externally validated by an independent company. Over 2,500 staff members took part, helping our People teams to identify areas for improvement and continue with positive steps forward.
